The Bear Cafe - Bearsville, New York
A staple of Hudson River Valley culture, in 2010 the legendary Bear Cafe was renovated and a 2,000 square foot addition was added in the form of a pavilion. A new connecting entryway, lounge and stream side deck were also added in the rough-cut wood barn style of the original building. The design was done with the consultation of the graphic artist Milton Glaser adding forty five seats to the dining room and renewing a significant part of the restaurant.
